Ingredients

can (11 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated thin pizza crust
1/4
lb chopped cooked deveined peeled small shrimp, patted dry with paper towels (3/4 cup)
1/3
cup drained chopped artichoke hearts (from 14-oz can), patted dry with paper towels
1/4
cup crumbled feta cheese
1/3
cup chopped drained roasted red bell peppers (from a jar), patted dry with paper towels

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  2. 2 Unroll dough onto cookie sheet. Starting at center, press out dough to 15x10-inch rectangle; cut into 6 (5-inch) squares. In medium bowl, mix shrimp, artichoke hearts, feta cheese and roasted peppers. Place about 1/4 cup filling onto center of each square. Fold dough in half over filling; press edges firmly with fork to seal.
  3. 3 Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 10 minutes. Serve warm.
