cups cubed red apples (5 to 6 medium)

cup chopped celery

cup sweetened dried cranberries

cup light mayonnaise

tablespoons orange juice

Directions

  1. 1 In large bowl, combine apples, celery and cranberries; mix well.
  2. 2 In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, orange juice and gingerroot; blend well. Add dressing to salad; stir gently to coat.
