  • 1 In medium bowl mix cream cheese, italian dressing and cooking sauce, until smooth.
  • 2 In 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil over medium-low heat. Add chicken to skillet; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Cook chicken 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until juice of chicken is clear when center of thickest part is cut (at least 165°F).
  • 3 Place in cooking sauce. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer uncovered about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture starts to thicken.
