(10.2-oz.) can (5 biscuits) Pillsbury® Grands!® Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits

eggs, beaten
3/4
cup (about 4 oz.) chopped cooked ham
2
tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3
tablespoons milk
1
tablespoon margarine or butter
2
oz. (1/2 cup) shredded American cheese

  • 1 Bake biscuits as directed on can. Meanwhile, in medium bowl, combine eggs, ham, parsley and milk; mix well. Melt margarine in medium skillet over medium heat. Add egg mixture; cook 6 to 10 minutes or until egg mixture is set, stirring and turning occasionally. Stir in cheese.
  • 2 Split biscuits. Spoon egg mixture evenly onto bottom halves of biscuits. Cover with top halves of biscuits.

Quote from my husband "These are better than from the restaurant!"...need I say more?....Well, I''m female, so, of course! FAST and EASY. We were done eating these scrumptious, may I add heavenly, biscuits in less time than it would have taken us to drive to our local restaurant.When I try a new recipe, the standard comment afterwards is "well, should I save this recipe?"....This time, I didn''t need to ask. DH said "you CAN add that to your recipe collection!"
