Deep-dish Pizza Pie Bundle

Refrigerated pizza crust easily bundles up all the flavors of a delicious homemade pizza.

Ingredients

(13.8-oz.) can Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust

oz. (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3
cup pizza sauce

slices pepperoni (about 1 3/4 oz.)

tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 8-inch round cake pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2 Unroll dough; press or roll to form 14x10-inch rectangle. Place in sprayed pan with sides of dough extending evenly over sides of pan. Lightly press dough in bottom and up sides of pan.
  • 3 Sprinkle 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese over dough. Spread pizza sauce evenly over cheese. Top with pepperoni and remaining 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
  • 4 With scissors, make 2-inch cut at each corner of dough. Bring all ends of dough together at center; twist to secure at top of pizza. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • 5 Bake at 400°F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until deep golden brown.
