Expert Tips

For a tangier salad, omit the peas and add 1 can (5 1/2 ounces) pineapple tidbits, drained.

Serve this salad with crusty whole-grain rolls and a fresh-fruit salad. For dessert, top your favorite brownies with a scoop of coffee ice cream.

Big on taste and made in a jiffy, this salad really satisfies!
