This was sooo yummy! I followed the directions to the T and it came out so good. Super creamy and very tasty. The mixture of leek soup and sour cream gave it a tangy kick. I used fresh asparagus and steamed it instead of frozen and even that was awesome. I will witout a doubt make this again.

There has to be something omitted from this recipe. It calls for 2 1/2 cups water and there's just no way that's sufficient. The pasta can't cook in that small amount of water and was sticking to the bottom of the pan after it had absorbed all the liquid. That only took about 3 minutes. I added another 2 cups of water and salvaged this dish but in the end it was just bland and tasteless. We covered it with Parmesan cheese just to be able to eat it. I think the recipe has potential but not the way it's written. If we hadn't been so hungry I'd have thrown it in the garbage. I wish I hadn't wasted the ingredients to make it.
