Cranberry-Onion Pork Roast

to 3 lb boneless pork shoulder roast, trimmed of fat

can (16 oz) whole berry cranberry sauce

package (1 oz) onion soup mix (from 2-oz box)

Directions

  1. 1 In 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, place roast. In small bowl, mix cranberry sauce and soup mix; spread over roast.
  2. 2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 8 to 9 hours or until pork is tender.
  3. 3 Remove pork and cut into slices; serve with sauce.
