box (18.25 oz) white cake mix*
1 1/4
cups water
1/4
cup oil
3
egg whites or 2 whole eggs
1
cup coarsely crushed creme-filled chocolate sandwich cookies
1
container (16 oz) vanilla frosting

Directions

  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, beat cake mix, water, oil and egg whites at low speed until moistened. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. With spoon, stir in crushed cookies. Pour batter into pan.
  • 2 Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool completely, about 1 hour.
  • 3 Frost cake with frosting. Garnish with additional cookies if desired.

*Cake can be baked in two 9- or 8-inch round cake pans; grease and flour pans. Bake 25 to 35 minutes. Cool 15 minutes. Remove from pans. Cool completely, about 1 hour.

My son's birthday is this Sunday and he asked me to make him a cake with oreo cookies..I didnt even know there was one,but, I knew I could count on pilsbury to help me out!! I showed him this recipe and he's so excited, I can't wait to make it

I was looking for my daughter she was going to a birthday party it was her best friend's and we made it with one of her other friends and her best friend and everybody loved it and i said i love pillsbury and it's was our seond time with pillsbury :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)...

I was looking for something different for my 4yr. old's b-day and this was perfect. I used golden sandwich cookies w/chocolate filling and it was great!!!!! The next time I make this I am going to try it with the summer sandwich cookies w/blue filling. The kids loved it!!!!
