tablespoons soy sauce

teaspoon sesame oil

teaspoon finely chopped garlic

teaspoon crushed red pepper

bone-in skin-on chicken thighs (5 to 6 oz each)

teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. 1 Heat gas or charcoal grill. In small bowl, mix chili sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic and red pepper.
  2. 2 Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place chicken on grill over medium heat. Cover grill; cook 8 minutes. Turn chicken; brush with chili sauce mixture. Continue turning chicken and brushing with sauce 8 to 10 minutes longer or until juice of chicken is clear when thickest part is cut to bone (180°F).
