This was one of the best desserts I've ever had. I asked my husband if it was 5 stars and he said yes, then changed it to 4 stars because he would want more. After he ate all of the dessert, he down-graded it to 3 stars because he really wanted more - and we're watching our calories around here.

I altered this recipe a bit, I only used half a biscuit and used a macintosh apple sweetened w/ Splenda for baking mixed w/ cinnamon. Did not top w/ carmel sauce, but used frozen vanilla yogurt instead. Very yummy!
