Ingredients

cups bite-sized fresh broccoli florets

teaspoon minced gingerroot

garlic clove, minced

small red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips

small yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips

tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add broccoli, gingerroot and garlic; cook and stir 1 minute.
  2. 2 Add water; cover and cook 2 minutes. Add bell peppers; cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce.
