Broccoli Two-pepper Stir-fry

Garlic, ginger and soy lend some bite to broccoli and peppers. Cook the broccoli just until it is crisp-tender and serve the dish right away for the brightest color.

small red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips

small yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips

tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add broccoli, gingerroot and garlic; cook and stir 1 minute.
  • 2 Add water; cover and cook 2 minutes. Add bell peppers; cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in soy sauce.
