I've actually been looking for this recipe. My mom used to make it when we were kids.. (with the basic biscuits they only had then). I think she had kidneybeans in hers though. I'm looking forward to making this.

Just made this last night...awesome!! My whole family loved it and it was so easy to make! I actually made two: one for my husband and me and one for my two children (they don't like onions or peppers). I used both American and Swiss for my husband and me and it really came out excellent. This is a winner!!

I made this and it was awesome. The only change I made to it was a little bit of brown sugar. I don't know what it is but brown sugar makes tomato dishes click. Try it!

I can't tell you how many times I made this casserole. Our family just loves it -- it is quick and easy and other than a salad to go with it your meal it ready in no time. One of our all-time favorites.
