Ingredients

box Pillsbury™ refrigerated pie crusts, softened as directed on box

package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1/3
cup sugar

teaspoon vanilla
1/2
teaspoon grated lemon peel
1
pint (2 cups) fresh whole strawberries
1
can (21 oz) cherry pie filling

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 450°F. Make pie crust as directed on box for One-Crust Baked Shell using 9-inch glass pie pan. Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  2. 2 In small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and lemon peel with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth and well blended. Spread evenly in cooled baked shell.
  3. 3 Arrange strawberries over cream cheese mixture; press in lightly. Spoon pie filling over strawberries. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. If desired, garnish with whipped cream. Store in refrigerator.
