Apple Sausage Oven Pancake

package (8 ounces) frozen brown-and-serve link sausages

cup baking mix
1/2
teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2
cup milk

egg
1/2
cup chopped peeled apple
Maple-flavored syrup, if desired
  • 1 Heat oven to 450°. Grease square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Brown sausages as directed on package.
  • 2 Beat baking mix, cinnamon, milk and egg in small bowl, using wire whisk or fork, until smooth. Stir in apple. Pour into baking dish. Arrange sausages on top.
  • 3 Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until pancake is light brown. Serve with syrup.
