3-Ingredient Chicken + Veggie Hand Pies

Both my husband and I have busy schedules – you know how it goes. Most days, dinner is planned on the run, so I’m always on the lookout for shortcuts. I often rely on Green Giant frozen vegetables to complete a meal when I’m making quick dinners, like in these super easy three-ingredient hand pies. All you need is a bag of Green Giant Steamers Garden Vegetable Medley, Pillsbury Biscuits and cooked grilled chicken for a healthier, hearty dinner.
Once you have all of the ingredients handy, heat the oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
With a shape knife, cut each biscuit in half, forming two rounds. Then, with your fingers or a rolling pin, flatten out the biscuit discs. Place 1/8 of the vegetable medley and a few pieces of grilled chicken on of the discs and cover with the second biscuit disc.
Seal the edges of the hand pie with a fork, and repeat the process with the remaining biscuits. Bake all eight hand pies in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until puffed and lightly brown. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
