1In large bowl, combine spinach, turkey, mushrooms, carrot and almonds. Set aside.

2Cook bacon in small skillet over medium heat until crisp. Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels.

3Reserve 2 tablespoons drippings in skillet. Add vinegar, honey, salt and pepper; cook and stir until hot. Pour over spinach mixture; toss gently. Sprinkle with bacon. Serve immediately.
