cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise

tablespoons low-fat plain yogurt
1/2
cup coarsely chopped watercress
Dash celery salt or salt
Dash white pepper

thin cucumber slices, halved

    In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, yogurt, chopped watercress, celery salt and pepper; mix well. Trim crusts from bread slices.

    Spread each bread slice with about 1 tablespoon watercress mixture. Cut to form 4 triangles; top each triangle with 2 cucumber halves. Garnish with watercress leaves. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving time.
