1In resealable plastic bag, combine flour and salt; shake to mix. Add veal; shake until evenly coated. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add veal; cook about 10 minutes or until browned, turning occasionally.
2In 3 1/2- to 6-quart slow cooker, combine veal and all remaining ingredients except noodles.
3Cover; cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
4About 15 minutes before serving, cook noodles as directed on package. Stir veal mixture; serve over noodles.
