Ingredients

package (8.12 oz) Pillsbury™ frozen s'mores mini pies
2
tablespoons creamy peanut butter
2
large marshmallows

Steps

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Place 4 mini pies on ungreased baking sheet. Set aside icing packets. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until crust is thoroughly baked and light to golden brown.
  • 2 Spread 1 1/2 teaspoons peanut butter on bottom of each mini pie. Place 2 pies, peanut butter side up, on microwavable plate; top each with marshmallow. Microwave uncovered on High 15 to 20 seconds or until marshmallows puff up.
  • 3 For each s’more, drizzle 2 packets of icing over marshmallow; top with another mini pie, peanut butter side down. Squeeze together, and enjoy!

Expert Tips

In place of peanut butter, try almond butter.

If you only have mini marshmallows, place 6 on mini pie, and microwave uncovered on High 10 to 15 seconds.
