1Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Cook sausage as directed on package. Layer bread, mozzarella cheese, sausage, onion, broccoli and pimientos in sprayed baking dish.
2In medium bowl, combine egg product, milk, salt and mustard; blend well. Pour egg product mixture evenly over sausage mixture; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with foil; refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
3Heat oven to 325°F. Uncover; bake 55 to 70 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
