1Cook penne to desired doneness as directed on package.
2Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium-high heat until hot. Add bell pepper stir-fry; cook and stir 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
3Stir in turkey, milk and soup; mix well. Cook until bubbly, stirring occasionally. If desired, add salt and pepper to taste.
4Drain penne. Add to turkey mixture; toss to combine.
