Ingredients

Steps

  • 1
Heat oven to 425°F. Grease extra-large cookie sheet or 2 smaller cookie sheets with shortening or cooking spray. Unroll dough on work surface. With sharp knife or pizza cutter, cut dough into 4 rectangles. Place rectangles on cookie sheet(s).
  • 2
Lightly press dough and shape into tiara/crown shapes, cutting dough if necessary.
  • 3
Top with equal amounts of pizza sauce and cheese, and add desired toppings to decorate each, using photo as a guide. Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.

Tips from the Pillsbury Kitchens

  • tip 1
Cut toppings into shapes to make the pizza decorating extra fun! Have toppings ready to go in small bowls so the kids will have everything they need to get their creative minds going! For example, cut pepperoni and cheese slices into diamond and round "jewel" shapes.
  • tip 2
If your kids are adventurous, use colored bell peppers or pineapple for the jewels on the tiara.
  • tip 3
Experiment with different shapes, depending on the ages of your kids. Give them the pizza dough and let them form their own, or help them cut shapes based on their preferences! Additional ideas for pizzas include: flowers, happy faces, hearts, clocks, bracelets, board games or anything else your child imagines.
