This savory taco pie is an easy addition to your weeknight dinner routine and is sure to become a family favorite.

    Heat oven to 400°F; place cookie sheet in oven to preheat. Prick crust several times on bottom and side with fork. Bake on preheated cookie sheet 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.

    Meanwhile, in 10-inch skillet, cook beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked; drain. Stir in beans, cheese and salsa. Cook over low heat 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beans are heated and cheese is melted.

    Spoon beef mixture into baked crust; bake on preheated cookie sheet 15 to 20 minutes, covering crust edge with strips of foil to prevent excessive browning if necessary. Top with remaining ingredients. Serve immediately.
