1In small bowl, combine all dressing ingredients; blend with wire whisk until smooth. Refrigerate while cooking pasta.
2Cook pasta to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain; rinse with cold water to cool. Drain well.
3Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels. Crumble bacon.
4In large bowl, combine cooked pasta, bacon and all remaining salad ingredients. Pour dressing over salad; toss gently to coat. Cover; refrigerate at least 30 minutes to blend flavors.
