Spicy Ravioli with Bell Peppers

Colorful sweet bell peppers abound in farmers´ markets in the fall. Red pepper flakes add spice to this ravioli-based supper dish. MORE+ LESS-

Ingredients

(9-oz.) pkg. refrigerated Italian sausage-filled ravioli or chicken and herb-filled ravioli

green bell pepper, cut into 3/4 to 1-inch pieces
1
red bell pepper, cut into 3/4 to 1-inch pieces
1
yellow bell pepper, cut into 3/4 to 1-inch pieces
3/4
cup purchased fat-free Italian salad dressing

tablespoons chopped fresh basil
1/8
teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

    Cook ravioli to desired doneness as directed on package.

    Meanwhile, spray large nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat until hot. Add bell peppers. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally.

    Drain ravioli; rinse with warm water. Add ravioli to skillet. Stir in salad dressing, basil and red pepper flakes; cook and stir until combined.
