1In large skillet, brown ground beef over medium-high heat 5 to 7 minutes or until thoroughly cooked, stirring frequently. Drain.
2Add tomatoes and soup; mix well. Bring to a boil. Stir in corn and rice. Reduce heat to medium; cook 7 to 9 minutes or until corn and rice are tender, stirring occasionally.
3Sprinkle each serving with 1/4 cup cheese.
