1Set oven control to broil. Line broiler pan without rack with foil; spray foil with cooking spray. Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with pumpkin pie spice, salt and pepper; place in pan.
2Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 7 to 10 minutes, turning once, until pork is no longer pink and thermometer inserted in center of pork reads 160°F. Brush pork with melted jelly; broil 30 to 60 seconds longer to glaze.
