Ingredients

  • 3/4 lb. extra-lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup Italian-style bread crumbs
  • 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup

    Heat oven to 475°F. Spray broiler pan rack with nonstick cooking spray; if desired, also line pan with foil.

    In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except 2 tablespoons ketchup; mix well. Place mixture on sprayed broiler pan rack; shape mixture firmly into 8x4-inch rectangle.* Spread with 2 tablespoons ketchup.

    Bake at 475°F. for 20 to 25 minutes or until center is no longer pink. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
