Speedy Chicken à la King

Ingredients

(10.8-oz.) can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits

(1.8-oz.) pkg. white sauce mix
2
(9-oz.) pkg. frozen cooked chicken pieces, thawed
1 1/2
cups frozen sweet peas
1
(2-oz.) jar diced pimientos, drained

    Bake biscuits as directed on package.
  • 2
    Meanwhile, prepare white sauce as directed on package. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat until chicken is thoroughly heated and peas are tender, stirring frequently. If desired, add salt and pepper to taste.

    To serve, split warm biscuits. Spoon chicken mixture over biscuits.

  • White sauce mix is sold in a variety of sizes. If you can’t find the 1.8-ounce package, prepare two smaller packages.
  • Four cups of diced cooked chicken can be used in place of the two packages of frozen cooked chicken pieces.
