Spicy Southwestern flavors cool down with fresh cilantro in this chip dip that offers a taste twist in every layer.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (16 oz) Old El Paso™ Vegetarian Refried Beans
  • 4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 can (11 oz) whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
  • 1 container (8 oz) sour cream (about 1 cup)
  • 1 packet (1 oz) Old El Paso™ 25% Less Sodium Taco Seasoning Mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded taco-seasoned cheese (2 oz)
  • 15 oz tortilla chips

Steps

    In bottom of 9-inch deep-dish pie pan, spread refried beans. Sprinkle 3 tablespoons of the cilantro over beans. Spoon corn evenly over cilantro.

    In small bowl, mix sour cream and taco seasoning mix; spread over corn. Sprinkle with cheese and remaining 1 tablespoon cilantro. Serve with tortilla chips.
