In large serving bowl, toss leaf and iceberg lettuce. Arrange grapefruit, oranges, avocado and almonds over greens. Serve with dressing.

To prepare citrus for salads, use a sharp paring knife. Working over a bowl to catch the juices, peel the fruit all around, cutting just deeply enough to expose the flesh. Make V-shaped cuts between the membranes to release the fruit's flesh into the bowl below. The chewy membranes and bitter pith will be left behind and can be discarded; the salad will contain morsels of juicy, tender citrus.
