1Spray 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Cook rice in butter 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden brown. In slow cooker, stir together rice, broth, salt, onions and basil.
2Cover; cook on High heat setting 2 hours or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Stir in pine nuts.
