1Crumble ground turkey into large saucepan; add onion and garlic. Cook over medium-high heat until turkey is no longer pink, stirring frequently. Drain.
2Add all remaining ingredients except coleslaw blend; mix well. Reduce heat; simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
3Add coleslaw blend; stir gently to mix. Simmer an additional 5 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
