1Cook peas in microwave as directed on bag; set aside.
2In 10-inch skillet, heat oil and garlic over medium-high heat. Stir in onion, bell pepper, salt and pepper. Cook 3 to 4 minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in cooked peas. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until hot.
3Stir in marmalade until well mixed.
