1Heat oven to 350°F. Line 12-inch pizza pan with foil. In pan, break up cookie dough. Press dough evenly in bottom of pan to form crust. Bake 10 to 14 minutes or until light golden brown.
2Sprinkle marshmallows, peanuts and chocolate chips evenly over crust. Bake 2 to 3 minutes longer or until marshmallows are puffed. Cool completely, about 1 hour 15 minutes.
3Drizzle with caramel topping. Cut into wedges.
