1In medium bowl, beat cream cheese spread, powdered sugar and amaretto until smooth.
2Divide cream cheese mixture evenly into tart shells. Top each with 6 raspberries.
Use 1/2 teaspoon almond extract in place of the amaretto. Other fresh berries can be used to top these tarts. Blackberries, blueberries or even a mixture of seasonal berries are a delicious alternative to the raspberries.
Sprinkle the bottom of the tarts with finely chopped toasted almonds before filling. Use a fine-mesh sieve to dust the tops of the tarts with powdered sugar.
