1Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot. Add pork; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
2Reduce heat to medium. In same skillet, combine all remaining ingredients; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender. Return pork to skillet; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
