(4-oz.) boneless pork loin chops

    Heat oven to 350°F. In small bowl, combine parsley, oregano, fennel, garlic salt and pepper; mix well. Coat pork chops with parsley mixture; place in ungreased 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish.
