1In small bowl, mix plum preserves and hoisin sauce until blended. Spray broiler pan with cooking spray.
2Broil pork chops with tops 4 to 6 inches from heat 10 minutes, brushing with sauce after 8 minutes. Turn; broil 9 to 11 minutes longer or until no longer pink and meat thermometer inserted in center reads 160°F, brushing with sauce last 2 minutes. Brush again with sauce before serving.
