1Heat oven to 400° F. Grease 12-inch pizza pan. Unroll dough; place in greased pan. Starting at center, press out dough to edges of pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
2Meanwhile, heat 10-inch skillet over medium high heat. Add sausage, onion, bell pepper, fennel, and red pepper; cook 3 to 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until sausage is browned. Add mushrooms; cook 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, just until mushrooms are tender and sausage is no longer pink. Drain.
3Spoon pizza sauce evenly over crust. Arrange sausage mixture over sauce; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese.
4Bake an additional 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown. Remove from oven; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
