Tips

Expert Tips

  • You can substitute 2 cups frozen diced onion and green bell pepper or look for chopped fresh vegetables in the produce department.
  • Bulk Italian pork sausage can be used in place of the ground beef. You’ll want to drain it before adding the pizza sauce.
  • Coarsely chop the onion and bell pepper in a food processor fitted with a chopping blade.
