Peanut Butter-Chocolate Chunk Frozen Yogurt

cup peanut butter
containers (6 oz each) Yoplait® Original 99% Fat Free French vanilla yogurt
tablespoon sugar
cup semisweet chocolate chunks

    In blender, place peanut butter, yogurt and sugar. Cover; blend on high speed 45 to 60 seconds until well mixed. Pour mixture into chilled bowl of ice-cream freezer.

    Churn until thickened, 20 to 25 minutes, adding chocolate chunks during the last 2 minutes. Frozen yogurt will be soft-serve and ready to eat, or transfer to freezer container and freeze until firm enough to scoop, about 4 to 6 hours.



Expert Tips

  • Be sure the bowl for your ice-cream freezer is properly chilled according to the manufacturer’s directions before filling it with the yogurt mixture.
  • You can use chocolate chips instead of chunks, if you prefer.
  • Use either creamy or chunky peanut butter in this recipe—whatever you have on hand.
