1Cook bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels; set aside.
2Toast waffles as directed on package. Spread 4 waffles with peanut butter and half of the jam. Top each waffle with 2 bacon slices, breaking slices to fit waffles.
3Top with remaining waffles; press slightly. Place on individual serving plates; drizzle with remaining jam. Serve with knife and fork.
