Peach-Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana, cut up
  • 1 ripe medium peach, pitted, sliced
  • 1 (6-oz.) container low-fat peach yogurt
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 cup small ice cubes

    Combine all ingredients in blender container; blend 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and frothy.

  • Try a nectarine in place of the peach, or vanilla yogurt instead of peach yogurt. One cup of frozen peach slices can be used in place of the fresh peach.
  • Most blenders can process crushed ice into a smooth drink. However, blades and power vary from one blender to the next. When you chop ice in your blender, follow the manufacturer's instructions.
  • Place your glasses in the freezer for 30 minutes before making your smoothie mixture. This will help keep your smoothie cold and frosty!
