box (7 oz) The Good Table™ Parmesan & herb sauce and crust mix for chicken
4
(4 oz each) boneless pork loin chops
1/4
cup shredded Parmesan cheese

    Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch pan with cooking spray. Pour coating sauce from box into shallow dish or pie plate. In another shallow dish, mix crust mix and Parmesan cheese from box until well blended.

    Coat each pork chop in coating sauce; toss in crust mixture. Place on pan.

    Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center and meat thermometer inserted in center reads 145°F. Sprinkle with 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese last 5 minutes of bake time.

  • Sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley just before serving.
