1In small bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Store in tightly covered container or resealable food storage plastic bag. Write the directions onto decorative card; attach to container.
3Spoon 1 to 2 tablespoons mix into cup. Add 3/4 cup boiling water; stir until dissolved. If desired, garnish with whipped cream and dash of nutmeg or cinnamon. Serve immediately. Makes 8 to 16 servings, 3/4 cup each.
