pint (2 cups) orange sherbet

cup skim milk

    In blender container or food processor bowl with metal blade, blend pineapple until smooth.

    Spoon sherbet into container; add milk. Cover; blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

Expert Tips

When fresh pineapple is at its peak, you may want to use 4 cups cubed fresh pineapple instead of the canned. And try other flavors of sherbet, such as lime, lemon or pineapple.
