Progresso® bread crumbs provide a simple addition to bean and beef burger packs that can be served hot-off-the grill in 40 minutes!

Ingredients

lb. lean ground beef
1/4
cup Progresso™ Italian Style Bread Crumbs
1/4
cup barbecue sauce
1/8
teaspoon pepper
1
(16-oz.) can baked beans
1
medium onion, sliced, separated into rings

Steps

  • 1 GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In medium bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, barbecue sauce and pepper; mix well. Shape mixture into four 3-inch patties.
  • 2 Place each patty on 18x12-inch sheet of heavy-duty foil. Top each with 1/4 of the beans and onion rings. Wrap each packet securely with double-fold seals.
  • 3 When ready to grill, place packets, seam side up, on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 20 to 30 minutes or until beef is thoroughly cooked.
