Ingredients

cup Crisco® Pure Canola Oil

can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Homestyle refrigerated buttermilk biscuits (8 biscuits)

jar (16 oz) roasted garlic Alfredo pasta sauce
2
cups chopped cooked chicken breast
1
cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
1
medium tomato, chopped (3/4 cup)
3
medium green onions, sliced (3 tablespoons)

    In 12-inch nonstick skillet; heat oil over medium heat. Separate dough into 8 biscuits; press each biscuit to form 4 1/2-inch round. Cook biscuit rounds in oil 2 minutes, turning 3 to 4 times or until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.

    In medium microwavable bowl, mix pasta sauce and chicken. Cover; microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes, stirring once, until hot.

    Place 1 biscuit round on each serving plate. Top each biscuit round with 1/3 cup chicken mixture; sprinkle with 2 tablespoons cheese. Top with tomato and green onions.
